What does your sponsorship means to Us?

Your sponsorship helps us to defray the costs of travel expenses, equipment and game-day operating costs to name a few. First and foremost, the players and coaches of the Dixie Blues are not paid a salary. Everyone participates on a volunteer basis. None of your sponsorship dollars to the Dixie Blues go towards a salary for anyone. The players and coaches truly do it for the love of the game!

The Dixie Blues have many expenditures. Some are year-round, but most are during the football season. The Dixie Blues largest expense is travel, with an average of 35 players and five coaches. Travel and lodging can take a huge chunk out of the budget alone. A one-time donation of $5,000 may be spent on one trip.

Each player is responsible for purchasing their own equipment. That includes helmet, pads, cleats, and jerseys. This can cost a minimum of $250, but some helmets can cost $200 alone. 

Game day operations is another expense that costs thousands of dollars for the facilities, personnel, field equipment, etc. As you can see, your support is desperately needed. The Dixie Blues have gone to great lengths to ensure every penny is spent wisely.
